ettercap dns spoofing not working

Im trying to dns spoof instagram.com to my own phishing website, sometimes ettercap gives me an output saying that the website has been spoofed but on my phone (the device im performing the attack on) the server doesnt respond and the page just doesnt load, i've tried to connect into the phishing page to check if it worked and yes it does work correctly

I checked again and it says that it cant find certificate
