Minor bug fixes in acrobot rand visualization of pws model added.

B_acrobot was changed to reflect the change in correct value of b.
dynamics_acrobot was changed to rectify erroneous value of B.
test_acrobot_direct_collocation was changed to have a more suitable value of threshold.
run_pws_cartpole now builds the x_j for each knot point which is then visualized in visualize_pws
Data files added for z_sol in run_pws_cartpole based on maximum number of evaluations set to 10000 and 50000.
