Julia Evans is one the best people to follow if you wish to understand a tech topic in depth. She has covered a lot of ground.
Gary Bernhardt's courses are some of the best out there, (I have done/am doing his JS and TS courses)
Jimmy Cleveland's videos on Webpack are great.
Remix founders Michael Jackson and Ryan Florence (check Remix's and their personal YouTube channels too)
Tailwind CSS's Adam Wathan
Shawn Wang's book is very good!
Michael Thiessen for Vue
Tyler McGinnis' videos are very good!
Chris Ferdinandi's is very good at teaching vanilla JS.
