Prettier/ESlint Linting Setup #31

This PR provides integrated support for linting via Prettier/ESlint, with pre-commit hook integration using husky/lint staged.

Setup linting integration.
Ran linters on relevant files via the new scripts npm run eslint-fix and npm run prettier-fix.
Created basic initial CONTRIBUTING.md with instructions on getting the linting setup before making a contribution.

Feel free to propose any changes if you think linting can be improved further!
