Merge the bootstrap and node code

It is hard for the user to sparely update two codes which are almost the same. Can we merge both the code and to choose take --botstrap as an input in the shell.

In chapter 5.2 both the code is merged, but the bootstrap was created in 2.2.

• modify the chapter 2.2 to not create a separate code and use the above strategy (refer to chapter 5.2 for the actual code)
• modify all the code in between to follow the same pattern
