If you want to edit a configuration's groups, you can delete a group you would like to change and create new one in its place.

• edit/delete buttons on https://tcs.ecs.baylor.edu/config/configurations
• new REST endpoint with https://tcs.ecs.baylor.edu/config/edit/{configId}, for configuration editing.
