Addresses #11 -Move JS from MenuPage.html to separate file -Add JSDoc comments to functions

Hi, thanks for doing this. I actually had this issue in mind. Have you checked whether the website is working or not?

I did test this and it was working. I can do the same with the other html files as well. Not sure if I will get a chance today, so if you want to merge this now, I'll raise another PR for those changes when I get to them.

Hi @shrey183, I have fixed the merge conflict caused by #20. Can you please merge when you have a chance?
