Search bar Improvement #42

Implement the same functionalities of the search area above the form image to this search bar in the header so that search can be done via memory and tags i.e. image

and then delete the search area

Update: - I am trying to fix it. There's an issue wherein you can't leave the tags section blank. I'll try to fix this issue and Implement the search bar.
