Added Try,Catch blocks and error handling #44

This PR will solve the issue #43 . Some cases resolved

[x] Cases where params were missing but was required has been Handled.
[x] Id was provided but post didn't exist is handled.
[x] Added status codes for various error

P.S- Added a minor change for Package.json. start scripts runs node index.js and dev script starts the nodemon server. Now for production we need npm start and for dev npm run dev.
