i have added a new folder named Survey form in which a simple form is created using HTML and CSS only the folder contains one htmlfile and one style sheet linked to HTML, looking forward for feedback . Thank You!

this form asks for some personal details (basic) and it aims to record the views of person on a political party in the text area provided, simple and neat use of html and css
