Color Picker #7

Create a color picker to select color. Color picker should show gradients and the current selected color should be highlighted.

Sure @jaspreet6090 Feel free to contribute. You can push a PR in the dev branch. Integrating it with the scene's - Deterministic Fractals and Random Iteration Fractals is a bonus.
