Online alignment is under Progress [Shreya]

Online alignment now works. The skelton joint data is overlaid nicely on the RGB data from Kinect. Even for far-end joints such as Thumb Tip and Feet.

It is now also a single applciation that shows both RGB and Skeleton data together! Code is much cleaner and compact.
