Inaccurate exception message #2

The I throw in a random value to the launch command it displays that the bookmark list is empty instead of providing a message to the user saying that it did not understand the command image.png

This command will still be interpreted to be valid, even though the value entered is random. If the timetable was not empty, this would be the message.

It is important for the user to understand that to launch bookmarks, they have to first add a bookmark to the bookmark list, hence the message "Bookmark list is empty!" is more appropriate.

Then when they do have bookmarks in the list, show them the message above to indicate that the value entered does not match with any description.
