@Anfacgit @namitha-raj This looks like your credentials issue can you check your credentials on meta. If your using dev credentials from meta then it expires every 24hrs
@jpettan can you recheck whether the app is installed properly?
I use frappecloud. So I don’t have much options. Only have a button called install app and the installation happens. Is there something I need to specifically do in case of frappecloud?
I guess you have added this app to your bench but you have not installed on site. On frappe cloud go to you site -> app and install app on your site
I have installed it. Screenshot for app install..
The url when I search for WhatsApp-settings and the error screenshot:
https://www.stergycleantech.com/app/whatsapp-settings/WhatsApp%20Settings
can you try reinstalling the app?
Tried.
Uninstalling App frappe_whatsapp from Site stergy.frappe.cloud... Backing up... Deleting Module 'Frappe Whatsapp'
Installation:
Installing frappe_whatsapp... Updating DocTypes for frappe_whatsapp: [========================================] 100% Updating Dashboard for frappe_whatsapp
Result is the same. Please suggest.
can you show me your doctype list? add filter module name Frappe Whatsapp

app is installed. You can open WhatsApp Settings DocType and click on Go to WhatsApp Settings
When I click on the ‘go to WhatsApp settings’ I get the following screen.
I can do a screenshare if you would like to see this to troubleshoot
Will this work with ERPNext: v13.36.5 (version-13) & Frappe Framework: v13.39.1 (version-13)? If not what version should i update to for successfull running. In our Erpnext v13 connections are working and whatsapp messages are shown as successful but not received by reciepent.
Have not tried for v13. You can update to v14.
@dipalivaddoriya If you are sending message other than the template(approved from meta) message, the conversation must be started by the User. So Send a message first from your Recipient WhatsApp number and then you can try sending message to Recipient number.
@namitha-raj I guess you are using development credentials. if so, to send message to recipient you have 1st register recipient number in meta and then you can try sending. For live credentials this is not required.
Hello, Firstly thank you very much for this app. Checked for V14, Currently WhatsApp Message is working, Also Template Creation is working. Is there any setting to be made for Auto Working of Whatsapp Notification, Also no log is generated for Whatsapp Notification from Template on any kind of Doctype Event.
Can you show me your sales order entry? From your screenshot I can see you have created even on After Save
this event should trigger after save.
I am closing this issue as there has been no activity for 2 weeks. Feel free to reopen.
I get the following message once I installed this app on frappecloud and navigate to WhatsApp settings using awesome bar.
“Sorry! I could not find what you were looking for.”
