Decrease play button brightness and size #314

Hello,

Everybody on my team have their eyes burned from the color intensity of the play button, can we make it a little more friendly? I also changed the size, so it matches the other original jira buttons.

Hi @reynadan - Thank you for your contribution. This has to go to develop branch and as it is single file change, I have made it myself and pushed it. It may take couple of more weeks before I publish next version to extension users. You should see it as part of JA v2.54.

Please feel free to raise PR for any other enhancements on top of develop branch.
