Step count and run time refresh incorrectly #119

To reproduce:
1. Start a model in the Solver view
2. Run the model for some number of steps
3. Note the Step count and Run time values
4. Click on the 'Stop Europa engine' button
5. The Step count and Run time values update correctly
6. Click on the 'Start Europa engine' button
7. Notice the Step count and Run time values have now reverted to their old 
values even though we haven't run any steps yet.
