Use plugin definition to define perspective #124

I wanted to add DetailsView to the right of the GanttView in the default NDDL 
perspective, but wasn't sure how to do that programmatically.

For my previous project, I defined perspectives using the Extensions tab in the 
plugin.xml editor.  Tatiana, what do you think of doing things that way instead 
having the NddlRunPerspective code?  I'm happy to attempt the switch, but am 
not sure whether I'd get stuck trying to implement some piece of the current 
functionality.
