[SHRINKDESC-106] Changing namespace declarations #55

Hi Andrew

I had to change the namespace declarations so that the maven release plugin can be used. It looks not as good as before but it is ok:-)

I ran mvn release:prepare and it didn't throw an xml parsing error, so I assume that this is fixed. Let me know if this fix doens't work in your environment.
