Ubuntu Racket ppa is outdated, how to keep racket version up to date? #31

The plt/racket ppa is on racket 8.6, and doesn't seem to be moving forward. My current solution would be to download an installer from downloads.racket-lang.org, but is there a good way to ensure that we're always grabbing the latest?
