Made the UI responsive for all devices #100

Added a media query, increased padding in the navbar to make it look beautiful in all devices irrespective of the screen size.

Increased the space between the dropdown menu and the search button in the search bar, which makes it look declustered.

@shubhraagarwal you have added your client secret, make another PR and delete this one.

Also, make the CSS better, the heading "Youtube Dashboard" should be in the center and the login button at the top right
