Update Readme File and Add Contributing.md #29

Hey @shriyaMadan!

I had updated Readme.md file to a new one.
Also I had added Contributing.md file and added screenshots of git commands so that it can be more clear to the contributor to understand. Besides this, I had added all the relevant content which should be present in a contributing file and some emojis to look it more attractive.

@bhavesh1129 the Contributing.md guide you made is referring to the readme of some other project. Work Carefully!! Otherwise, contributors will get confused. I had to revert the PR. Kindly make changes in "Contributing.md", it's also having redundant data, and unnecessarily too long. And this "open for collaboration" tag is also not needed.

Sorry, @shriyaMadan! By mistake, I had added the screenshots of other project's contributing files in which I'm working. Sorry for the inconvenience provide by me. I'll make all the necessary changes now and then again to make a PR.
