Change 64 bit fields of the structs to be defined consistently. #208

What is the expected behavior? What do you see instead?
The 64bit fields should all be defined "INT64". Currently fields are defined 
with "long long" or "INT64".

What version are you using? On what operating system?

Can you reproduce using the ivfdec or ivfenc tools? What command line are
you using?
