webminspector should validate SeekHead and Cues elements #210

webminspector reports the positions given in these elements, but it'd be nice 
if it could check that the data at the given position is an element of the 
correct type.

Also, all elements show the offset into the file in the 'pos' field, but mkv 
has a different notion of position, as being relative to the start of the first 
level 1 element. Maybe we could clean up the terminology here, to give some way 
to translate between the two.
