Make the Man in the Yellow Hat do something and fix the trailing white space 
instead of complaining about it.

jzern has done 99% of the work for this, just needs testing. Will try to do 
this ASAP after Aylesbury.

This has become less of an issue and given the length it's sat probably isn't 
worth the effort.
