Hey there! I had a similar problem with setting bone heads and tails. I noticed it only happened to me when I set a value (from the addons) for a bone, then keyframed the bone, then changed the addon value of that bone. What I suggest is that you set all your stiffnesses, masses, heads and tails etc. before you start keyframing or after you're done keyframing. I think this is a bug tho and that it'll be fixed soon
I've experienced the same problem too. Mine's with all of the bone properties (Mass, Stiffness, Stretch, Damp, Gravity, etc) in addition to the heads and tails toggle as Tancioo did above.
I setup the Stiff value but when I change it keeps going back to the original value.
