Renormalizer will not exit immediately if CuPy is not properly installed. A warning will be issued
Now it is possible to use NumPy as renormalizer backend in CuPy environment by setting
```
os.environ["CUDA_VISIBLE_DEVICES"] = "-1"
```
This is consistent with e.g. tensorflow
