Enhance Op and OpSum by adding support for subtraction and simplification.
Add the first "tutorial" in the document. The 1D-Heisenberg.ipynb notebook is transformed into a tutorial.
Add "iY" operator for BasisHalfSpin class for the construction of real Hamiltonian ("Y" is complex)
