Cannot type "台" #714

When I use the google pinyin method and set it to use Traditional Chinese, I 
cannot type "台", but only "臺".

If "台" is a legal character in traditional Chinese, install opencc.

It is a perfectly legal character, sometimes it is even necessary and you 
cannot use "臺", for example when you use it as a measure word (e.g. 
"一台自行車", you cannot type "一臺自行車"). That's why it should be 
possible to type this character without switching to simplified Chinese.

don't pretend you can type traditional chinese with "conversion/translation" 
plugin, use a real traditional chinese input method. the transcht addon doesn't 
intend to solve this problem.

For example, you can use libpinyin and tune it to use the traditiona chinese 
data, or sunpinyin which seems can type quite a large set of gbk character.
