Emacs 不能使用 fcitx（已设置LC_CTYPE） #730

LC_CTYPE 已经设置为了 zh_CN.UTF-8，但是 Emacs 中无法激活 
fcitx，只能使用 Emacs 自带的中文输入法。操作系统为 Gentoo 
Linux，Emacs 版本为 24.3，fcitx 版本为 4.2.8.1。

事实证明是系统缺少了 7x14 的 fixed font，导致无法使用 
XIM。见https://fcitx-im.org/wiki/FAQ/zh-cn#Emacs
