We can't build fcitx-mozc with mozc-2.17.2106.102.

> gyp: Dependency 'session/session_base.gyp:session_protocol#target' not found 
while trying to load target unix/fcitx/fcitx.gyp:fcitx-mozc#target

Maybe "Protobuf file location refactoring" caused this error. (?)
