Shift 中英切换问题 #2

问题描述：

1. 启动输入法
2. 按 Shift 之后输入法仍停留在中文状态
3. 再按一次 Shift 才切换到英文状态
4. 此时按一次 Shift 即可来回切换
5. 在任一状态下输入任意字符后又出现 2-3 的情况

原来按两下就能切么…… 我还以为切不了了……
