Resize chart when labels on y-axis(es) do not fit #341

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a chart with labels on the y-axis
2. Do not set the margins on the chart, or set them to a small number
3. Make sure the numbers are large enough to not fit

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the chart to resize itself so that the numbers are visible. They are 
cut instead and not visible in the view.

Please provide a source code snippet that we can use to replicate the issue.

What version of the product binary library are you using?
1.1.0
