export into igraph or Cytoscape? #2

Hi, HARMONIES is really a nice tool for network analysis! I found that the label of the network visualized by visualize.networkD3 is "Taxon*", but not the taxon names in the count table. Is it possible to export the inference.results into igraph format or Cytoscape for more detail modification? Thanks! Best regards! Hongbin Liu
