adding Bulgarian language to the /locales folder #63

Hello Devs,

I really like using your plugin and it is awesome! I just need it to be in my native language - Bulgarian. I created this fork with the hope that you can merge it to the main branch. I have plans to use the plugin in the future and I will need it to be translated in Bulgarian. I am sure that you guys will help me with this! You are awesome, thanks!
