Settings interface for remote play #32

Gear icon on top-right to show a new page with toggle options. As features get added, configuration is needed for personal preferences. We have two ideas in the pipeline currently.

  1. 9 - toggle to choose b/w light and dark mode

  2. 30 - toggle to choose b/w left and right side vertical scrolling

This issue is to create a generic settings interface that can be consumed by features. This will also manage storing the preferences in local storage.
