No graph is visible when Linkgraph is used with county data set #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start GeoViz Toolkit
2. Load county data set
3. Observe that Linkgraph only shows individual nodes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
We want to see lots of links and nodes, instead we see just occasional nodes
