hourglass cursor issue #66

When I initially open the toolkit using the .jar, everything is fine.  But
as soon as I open a saved project (which I've been doing a lot - I have
tidy saved window arrangement), the mouse pointer changes to an hourglass
anytime I go to the file menu area.  It stays as a pointer in the tool
area, but goes to hourglass when I mouse to the top.  I have to close the
toolkit and re-open it to get a pointer back.
