Movement Sensitivity sliders have insufficient range #2

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
 1. Run accelerometer calibration - my results on Nexus One = 600/1100
 2. Go into settings -> calibration
 3. Manual sensitivity sliders are pegged at the max, as they only go up to 200.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Manual accelerometer calibration calibration should allow much larger values. Up to, say, 2000 seems reasonable based on very quick playing around with the calibration wizard.
The current maximum of 200 on both of these sliders is not sufficient to be able to tweak the values created by the wizard.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 - 0.1.1 beta, installed 26/10/10
 - Nexus One, Android 2.2.1 - Froyo build FRG83.

Other Suggestions:
 - The max values of the sliders could be ranged dynamically, based on the current setting/wizard results, allowing for variation between devices and not losing accurate adjustment.
 - Deep Sleep slider could use a smaller range than the Light Sleep one.

The fact that your accelerometer is reporting 600 and 1100 is fishy. I'll need
to change the way I use the accelerometer...

With the latest release (0.2.0) the calibration returned 0.04 and 0.10, but the
sliders are disabled do u can't see the ranges

Just to confirm that 0.2.0 is giving much more reasonable data, and sleep
graphs that actually fit on the charts :)
