Items Order Save Button #419

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Just go to the items area and try to order the items in a number, the save 
button is no longer next to "Order". Cannot move items up or down with the 
arrows either, they are greyed out. I see it in the categories area, just not 
in the items area.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Ability to reorder items.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.5.6 RC4 (r1209) CentOS/WHM Panel

You need to click to sort by order before these ordering buttons are enabled, 
please use latest r1273+
