Proposal: No completion for comments and strings #52

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Typing text in a comment, ending with '.', will bring up the auto completion 
dialog. If you press enter, you will select the first entry instead of getting 
a newline.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I think it is better to disable completion in comments and in strings.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
