What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create an infinite loop program
2. FileRun
3. Use the "Stop action" button on the Build Output window to stop the process

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The editor will be available for further coding, but a a.out.exe thread will 
remain visible in the Task Manager window, running the infinite loop.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
LiteIDE X13(2.03125)
Win7 64Bit
