代码提示（或者说 auto complete）的时候，不支持按小写字母筛选 #78

假设我有这样一个函数：
mymath.Sqrt()
在代码提示时如果我打出mymath.S，则会弹出正确的代码提示
而如果我打出mymath.s时，则失去代码提示
希望 LiteIDE 能够支持小写输入情况下的代码提示。

liteide 选项 - liteeditor - 自动完成区分大小写 
取消后应用就可以了
