发起流量后，链路管理-业务活动列表为空，无法新增业务活动 #125

已排查以下问题： 1.t_amdb_pradar_link_entrance表中有数据； 2.surge-deploy任务是正常启动； 3.t_trace_all表中是有最新流量数据； 新增业务活动，列表为空

jmeter发起压测流量成功截图： jm jme amdb数据库入口表有记录： link surge-deploy任务正常启动： surge amdb数据库表中有最新流量数据： trace 新增业务活动时服务列表为空： 链路

尝试手动点击最后一张图片右上角的新增业务活动按钮,根据页面上的提示选择对应的系统和服务后保存,之后才可以在服务列表中看到
