新增业务活动时，服务为空 #130

新增业务活动时，服务为空 1、curl数据正常发送和返回 2、排查t_amdb_pradar_link_entrance 为空 3、排查surge-deploy进程正常 4、排查t_trace_all 有最新数据，但是hostip字段与使用ip不同，有点怀疑这个问题，不知道这个hostip的取用逻辑 5、排查surge.out日志正常

找到原因了，就是ip的问题，应用主机有虚拟网卡，探针取ip的时候取到了虚拟网卡的ip，禁用都不行，一定要删除，这个应该是个bug
