GlobusOnline support #3

Hi guys,

I'm trialling out GlobusOnline at the moment and it seems they introduced a new 
feature to request a md5 sum from a gridftp server after a transfer to check 
whether the transfer was successful. It seems griffin does not support this, 
I'm getting messages like:

Error (transfer) Server: markus#datafabric (df.auckland.ac.nz:2811)
File: /~/testtttt/46mbInput0.bin Command: CKSM MD5 0 -1
~/testtttt/46mbInput0.bin Message: Fatal FTP response --- 500 Syntax
error, command unrecognized: CKSM MD5 0 -1 ~/testtttt/46mbInput0.bin

Would it be possible to add that in principle? Happy to implement if you give 
me some pointers (and commit access -- by the way, Vlad would be interested in 
that too: vladimir.mencl at gmail.com).

Btw, what are your plans with griffin with Australia dropping iRods and all 
that?

Hey,

no, it was an earlier version. I've seen that you added support for the
checksum command in 0.9, so no worries.
