Add tests for Bitmap <=> Pix conversion #39

It looks like conversion from Pic to Bitmap (or vice versa) is not working 
correctly. This should be tested in ReadFileTest or WriteFileTest with a Bitmap 
=> Pic => Bitmap conversion.
