Cannot download `MARC-ja` dataset #9

The dataset cannot currently be downloaded fron the URL indicated by yahoojapan/JGLUE.

Merged temporary solution into main (ref. #10). I do not know if this is the right way but it appears that the data is being loaded as before 😂
