Support of 32-bit floats #10

Some people would like to see float32 support in Numexpr.  This is doable,
but we may have to proceed with caution.  For example, this would imply the
implementation of a simple precision version for the complex type too?

Support implemented in branch float32-type and merged in trunk in r114.
