Add support for Yeppp! #113

Please provide any additional information below.

Yeppp! is a very fast and accurate numerics library, and it would be very nice 
if numexpr supported it just as it supports MKL for fast math:

Hey, Yeppp! looks great!  If you can provide the patches I will make sure I 
will release numexpr shortly after :)

Honestly, I'm afraid that I won't be able to find spare time to invest into it 
anytime soon, so I was hoping that if I bring it up, someone else would get 
excited enough to give it a go :)

However, I'll definitely keep your offer in mind, so if I'll manage to come up 
with some patches, I'll surely post them here.
