Test failure on Hurd and KFreeBSD #75

On Hurd and KFreeBSD the test suite fails because the standard multiprocessing 
module is not 100% working:
 - on kfreebsd /dev/shm is N/A
 - on Hurd -- inter-process semaphore locking is N/A

The affected test is numexpr.tests.test_subprocess, numexpr version 1.4.2.

Please find attached the patch used in debian to workaround the issue.
